I was finally able to speak to Bro Gentry yesterday on the phone. The thieves stole the phone line at his house right out of the ground. They are hoping to get it fixed sometime this week. He is also having trouble getting the network with his cell phone. Thandie told me to call over and over and finally it would work. She was right, I almost forgot to say hello I was so surprised that he answered. He sounds great and says that he looks great too! He and Mrs. Gentry have been busy having meetings with the Good Samaritan Staff and getting things ready for the first set of American visitors coming from Alaska on April 25th.
Thandie reports that all of the children at Good Samaritan are doing well. She was having some repairs done on her roof today from where it was damaged from the heavy rains. She said that Madonna landed in Malawi this week on a private plane. She said that the son she adopted was with her and she plans to adopt a little girl. I told her that I haven't heard anything about it on the news. Since the tragedy at Virginia Tech...there hasn't been much other news.

i have heard about her adopting again on the news ... is it really that quick of a process over there ??? i don't know if i could ever pick just one child given the chance... still praying for all your friends over there....

I am plan on posting soon about the adoption policy of Malawi. I was able to meet with the child welfare social workers when I was there last summer. Stay tuned...
Is Madonna adopting children from Good Samaritan? Oh my goodness, that would be so cool.
I have heard that the riches of the one adopting does not equal the riches of knowing God. Will this child or children know Jesus? Thank You Chrissie for the updates I love to start my day with updates.
No, Madonna is not adopting from Good Samaritan, nor would she be allowed to. If any of our children are adopted, they will only be adopted by Christ centered families. All of the children Madonna is adopting and sponsoring in Malawi are being taught Kabbalah. Please pray for them, that they will not believe and become confused with this false religion and will learn the truth and get saved.

What do u think about Scientology (hope I spelled that right)? I don't believe in it at all. I'm curious enough to maybe want to go to a church of Scientology to see what it's like though. Same with Kabbalah. But I'm a Christian, first and foremost (Roman Catholic, to be exact).
