I'm in South Africa!

I made it to South Africa! I met up with Jim and Tammy Jorgenson in Washington and then we all flew together to Joberg. The flight here was 15 hours and 25 minutes but it went by fast and we all slept well. The food was good too. The Jorgensons were able to check their bags all the way to Malawi, I wasn't so fortunate. But it worked out because they were able to help me with my bags....all 310 lbs of them. I am praying that they don't charge me the high fees again tomorrow when I have to re-check them to Malawi. Tomorrow morning we will head out to Malawi. I haven't spoken to Thandie since I left the US so I don't have any Good Samaritan news to report.
