Today I spent the entire day at the hospital with Savannah-Hope. She was diagnosed with pneumonia today which is the number one cause of death in children under 5 in Malawi. Please pray for her. She isn’t eating like she was and she has been vomiting when she coughs. We met with two doctors today in hopes to get a recommendation for a medical visa so she could come to America in a couple of weeks instead of 2 or 3 months. But she doesn’t qualify at this point because she doesn’t have a medical condition that can’t be treated in Malawi. We were hoping to go this route so that she could be out of Malawi before the rains start. The rainy season is very risky for a child like Savannah-Hope due to Malaria. Please pray for her health. She also needs an immigration form to be filed immediately in America that costs $670 dollars. Please pray that God will provide the money to file this form.
Mrs. Jorgenson was diagnosed with Malaria today. Please pray for her. She contracted Malaria even though she has been taking the anti-malaria medication.
Bobby Singleton led 37 people to the Lord today in 2 hours.
Village Project Update:
The village projects have been completed. They were a huge blessing. The plan of salvation was given as part of each village project. A total of 563 hands were raised when the invitation was given. And a new church was planted as a result of village project #4. I also want to send a great big thank you to a special family in New York who paid for two village projects. I thought of them and their special blessing from Africa many times during this project. Thank you "J" Kids.
Jesus Film Update:
#1 8/25 in Chiladzulu 522 hands raised
#2 8/28 in Mulungi 470 hands raised
#3 8/31 in Zomba 325 hands raised
#4 9/01 in Mikombe 4,500 hands raised.
I have been here 24 days and with the Jesus Films, Village Projects, and hut to hut soul winning there have been 6899 salvations/hands raised/professions of faith.
Dress Project Update:
The plan is to give the girls their new dresses and the boys their new polo shirts tomorrow.
Thanks for praying for Savannah-Hope and Mrs. Jorgenson!

Praise God that he is the great Physician. I am feeling much better even after just 3 doses of the malaria medicine. This morning I was able to get up and around and do some things.
Tonight we have a Jesus Film and pray for many souls saved to the honor and glory of God.

Is the Jesus film in Chichewa?
Chrissie,
You do such an outstanding job of sharing all that God is doing during your time in Malawi...thank you so much! I hope and pray that someone will be following your footsteps with this "Project of Sharing". This blog really does encourage me in so many ways and motivates me to be much more diligent in my prayer life. God is so Wonderful!
