Today was the 5th and final village project. It took place in Jacket. It went very well. I was especially pleased that Brother Gentry was able to be there. There were about 200 people there. Jason, Ida and Alinafe gave testimonies about how God has blessed them through the Good Samaritan Children's home. I taught the bible story and Lloyd gave the gospel in Chichewa. Then Brother Gentry spoke a few words. We handed out the packages and candy. The people were so happy to receive the supplies. It was such a blessing to give our children the opportunity to give back to their home village.
After the village project we went to another village to check on a lady named Chrissie that I met last year while I was here. She was very ill and had one year old twins. She is very ill now as well and has a new baby. It was good to see her again and bring her supplies. We will be checking on her again this coming week. Please pray for this family.
